Mitch Kitter is a life long Alaskan. He prides himself on frequent worldwide travel and photography. Mitch began his interest in photography in 1999. Later in 2003 he began seriously perusing his photographic talents.

Since then, Mitch has been published in magazines, newspapers, and textbooks alike. Mitch specializes in unique portraiture that often produces a clear message yet broad enough to be interpreted in your own way.

Hello my name is Joshua, aspiring actor/model. I heard of Mitch through a friend of mine, who showed me some of his previous work. From there I contacted him to see if I could get a set of pictures done for a portfolio that I was working on to go with my acting resume. I had never done anything like this before at this point in time so I wasn’t too sure what to ask for, what to wear, or where to shoot the photos. Being unaware of what I needed but knowing what I wanted the pictures for I contacted Mitch and told him what I was doing. Mitch told me to bring some clothes and that he would take care of the rest. So I brought a backpack full off clothes and he was able to choose the best outfits from what I had for the shoot and then we went off to various locations to get the perfect shots. In each location he told me what I should wear for the best look.

Throughout the entire shoot he was helpful and professional. Mitch was able to answer any question that I had about each shot. Mitch never rushed me through any shots, and never made me feel as though I was pressed for time; his main focus was to get pictures done so that I would be happy with them.
After the shoot I was very curious and very excited about how the photos would turn out. Mitch was able to edit the pictures and get them back to me on a very timely manner. When I received the finished product with the shots edited I couldn’t believe how they turned out. Not only were they more than what I was hoping to get out of them, but there were so many excellent shots that I had to spend days narrowing it down to just 8 photos for my portfolio I however was unable to eliminate any more and I wound up with 12 photos.

In all Mitch is an excellent photographer. He is very professional, talented, friendly, and what was most important to me was that he was just as excited as I was about the entire event. Not only would I recommend his work to anyone, I would also encourage everyone to use him over other photographers. I have never been more impressed with the final result of a project I have received.
